SECTION 1 - FEES

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before the start time of the session booked will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the full cost of the reserved services. Any cancellation made with more than 24 hours notice will be fully refunded.

SECTION 2 - CHOOSING THE WRONG SERVICE

If you reserve "The Planner" with less than 48 hours notice, you will have to pay the full amount of "The Crammer" (70$), since "The Crammer" is intended for last-minute sessions (booked with less than 48 hours to the session). If you reserve "The Crammer" with more than 48 hours notice, then you will be refunded such that you pay the lesser amount offered by "The Planner", since "The Planner" is intended to be booked with at least 48 hours notice.

SECTION 3 - CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING WITH OUR MONEY SAVER PLANS

If you purchased one of our Money Saver Plans & if you reschedule or cancel a session using those credits, you will be bounded by the same policies mentioned above in sections 1 and 2. There will be no returns of the Money Saver Plan or the Money Saver Plan Plus.
